You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored through our App. This includes data collected directly from you and data received through the Meta API when you connected your business Instagram account to our service.
3. What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon your verified request, we will delete:
Your account information associated with our App
Authentication credentials and access tokens
Usage history and logs specific to your account
Automation workflows you've created or modified
Any cached Instagram content or metadata
Analytics data associated with your account
4. What Data May Be Retained

5. How to Request Data Deletion
5.1 Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

Clicking on "Delete My Data"

5.2 Option 2: Request via Email
You can request data deletion by sending an email to omegatsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and including the following information:

Your Instagram business account username
A statement requesting the deletion of your data
6. Verification Process
To protect your information and ensure privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This may involve:

Verifying your identity through your Instagram business account

7. Timeframe for Deletion
Upon receipt of your verified deletion request, we will:

Begin the deletion process immediately
Complete the deletion process within 30 calendar days
Send confirmation once the deletion is complete
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Meta Platforms
When you request data deletion, we will also revoke all access tokens and permissions associated with your Instagram business account. However, this does not delete your data from Meta's systems. To delete data stored by Meta:

8.2 n8n Automation
We will delete your automation workflows and associated data from n8n services connected to our App. However, if you have directly used n8n services outside of our App, you will need to contact n8n separately to request deletion of data stored in their systems.

Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. This will include:
Confirmation that your data has been deleted
Summary of what data was deleted
Information about any data retained as required by law
Steps to take for third-party services, if applicable
10. Exceptions to Immediate Deletion
In certain circumstances, we may not be able to immediately delete all of your data:
If there is an ongoing investigation related to your account
If there are outstanding payments or unresolved disputes
If retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations
If retention is necessary to protect our legal rights or those of others
In such cases, we will inform you about the delay and provide an estimated timeframe for complete deletion.
11. Deletion of Data from Backups
Your personal data may remain in our backup systems after it has been deleted from our active systems. We will delete this data from our backups during our regular backup rotation and deletion process, which typically completes within 90 days.
12. Impact of Deletion on Service Access
Please note that requesting data deletion will result in:
Termination of your access to our App
Disconnection of your Instagram business account from our service
Termination of all automated workflows associated with your account
Loss of any customizations or settings specific to your account
This action cannot be reversed. If you wish to use our service again, you will need to create a new account.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this User Data Deletion Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
14. Meta Platform Compliance
This data deletion policy complies with Meta's Platform Terms requiring developers to:
Provide clear methods for users to request data deletion
Honor user deletion requests promptly
Delete all user data received through Meta APIs when requested
