1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Instagram Business Automation Application ("App"), which connects your business Instagram account to n8n automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App. "You" refers to the entity or person agreeing to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The App provides tools and services that allow you to connect your business Instagram account to n8n automation workflows. The App accesses your Instagram business account data through Meta's API and facilitates automated processes via n8n's automation platform.
3. Account Registration and Requirements
3.1 Meta Account Requirements
To use the App, you must:
Have a valid Instagram business account in good standing
Comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and Community Standards
Provide accurate and complete information when connecting your account
Maintain the security of your Meta account credentials
3.2 Authorization
By connecting your Instagram business account to our App, you authorize us to:
Access your Instagram business account through Meta's API
Retrieve content, metrics, and other data as permitted by your chosen authorization scope
Perform actions on your behalf as specified in the n8n automation workflows you configure
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance with Laws and Policies
You agree to:

Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any content you process through the App
Not use the App to violate the intellectual property rights of others

Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches
4.3 Proper Use
You agree not to:
Use the App to spam, harass, or engage in any abusive behavior
Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you
Use the App to collect data for purposes not disclosed in our Privacy Policy
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the App
5. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability

ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by disconnecting your Instagram business account and discontinuing use of the App.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
